Rose Arrangements

Due to the nature of our products being handmade, the time and effort that goes into making your rose arrangement and for sanitary purposes there are no returns or exchanges on all of our rose arrangements (including the Galaxy Rose Arrangement). In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged arrangement, we will gladly replace it within 14 days of the date of delivery. Please send photos of the damages to our support team at support@doseofroses.com

All Other Novelty and Gifts (Galaxy Rose, Enchanted Rose, Rose Bear)

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that: 

  1. The product was purchased within the last 14 days.
  2. The product is unopened, in its original packaging. 
  3. You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from Dose of Roses®. We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third-party retailers.
  4. Product is not a rose arrangement as these are final sale.
  5. Product must be returned within 14 days from when it's delivered.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Change of Address

Shipping Addresses can only be changed if the order has not been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, we advise reaching out to the shipping carrier for an alternate delivery address.

Order Cancellation

Due to the fast nature of our supply chain our warehouse and or floral staff begin working on your order right away. For this reason we're unable to accept any order cancellations.
